Most shops don't want to work on our '89 VW Vanagon but Ottohaus took on the challenge and did an excellent job. We were gong to get them to remove our transmission so we could send it to CA to be rebuilt. Instead, they fixed it for so much less. They are always so nice and personal from the mechanics to the lady in the office. And I feel like they listen to me as a women just as respectfully as my husband. I really appreciated it. We couldn't be happier. .

Amazing service! I was in Charleston passing through to Florida on vacation when my VW Jetta headlights went all “Volkswagen crazy” on me.
Kris hooked me up with a same day appointment in the late morning and Jason expertly troubleshot the problem and had me on my way in less than two hours!!

I accidentally call the wrong shop so ironic chris had the same name as the contact person that I was supposed to call but he gladly offered his services to my car it was my first time there chris and his staff made me feel like a VIP I was in and out in 30min very professional I would give 10 🌟 their shop is super clean you can eat off the floor in there thanks Guys for your service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏿
